End-to-end additive workflow from slicing software to machine operation and material science.

Request Institutional Deployment

01 Program Overview

A completely hands-on workshop dedicated to industrial 3D printing. Participants will operate FDM and SLA machines, learn advanced slicing parameters, troubleshoot common print failures, and explore advanced composite materials.

02 Learning Outcomes

  • Operate and maintain industrial FDM and SLA 3D printers
  • Master advanced slicing configurations in Ultimaker Cura/PrusaSlicer
  • Design support structures for complex overhangs
  • Select appropriate polymers (PLA, ABS, PETG, TPU, Nylon) based on mechanical requirements
